Privacy statement

Your data is collected in 3 places where you voluntarily enter it:

  1. on the contact us form: we will only use this data to communicate with you in relation to your query. Your email address is not stored on our server in any way.
  2. on the registration form: we require your address to plot your stall on the TW Yard Seller’s map. Your selling address will be deleted shortly after the event. Your e-mail address will be used to send you details to prepare for the event and any future events we might hold. You will at all times have the opportunity to unsubscribe from all e-mail correspondence. We will never pass your email or name to a 3rd party.
  3. on the donations form: the service of payments is provided by Stripe (www.Stripe.com). We do not store your personal information or credit card details. The data is passed on to the service in an encrypted manner. We do not make use of your personal data for any purpose other than processing a one-time transaction.

Cookies (not the chocolate-chip kind)

The list below describe the cookies we use on this site and what we use them for. Currently we operate an ‘implied consent’ policy which means that we assume you are happy with this usage. These are cookies that are set by this website directly.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. This Analytics data is collected via a JavaScript tag in the pages of our site and is not tied to personally identifiable information. We therefore do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.
